First thing you notice when Eddie Chapin meets you, is his courteous smile and trustworthy handshake. His truck & work trailer full of tools and supplies represents a well thought out mobile rv service; reflects his customer service professionalism, technical expertise, and strong work ethic.
We are new to the RV lifestyle, so having Eddie willing to inspect our new vehicle; winterize it - best part: Eddie patiently taught us how to winterize our RV; and spend time answering our questions and giving us excellent tips & ideas on making our RV experiences enjoyable. Because of Eddie, we actually slept well for the first time in a week since driving our RV home to Colorado from the Indiana factory.
Eddie is a gifted teacher & a hands-on technician that really listens to a customer's concerns, and patiently explains processes in different ways until a newbie RVer suddenly gets the "lightbulb of understanding" above their head. We hope he will set up seminars to inform local RVers on best practice methods on taking care of their RVs. We will be the first to sign up! Eddie takes the time & makes the effort to train on the current and up-coming RV industry equipment, besides maintaining his expansive knowledge-base of older RVs. Customers get more "bang for their buck" with what Eddie has to offer, and what fees are charged.
